This coffee comes from the breathtaking Acatenango region of Guatemala – a volcanic highland known for producing some of the world’s most distinctive specialty coffees. It’s grown and processed by a family with over 25 years of experience, whose mill and drying facilities are located in the Fraijanes Plateau, an area celebrated for its ideal microclimate and rich volcanic soil. The beans undergo a fully washed process, highlighting their clean, authentic character.
We’ve chosen a dark roast that brings out deep, balanced notes of walnut, brown caramel, and yellow fruit, with a smooth, rounded body.
