A unique special edition coffee from Los Andes Farm in the Atitlán region of Guatemala, owned by farmer Alex Herrera – one of the producers we most enjoy working with, and whose coffees we’ve been returning to for the third year in a row.
At his farm, Alex grows unique varieties and uses innovative, carefully refined processing methods that highlight the distinctive character of each coffee.
The Geisha variety, together with a natural processing method, creates an elegant and aromatic cup with notes of jasmine, apricot, and caramel.
The light roast emphasizes the coffee’s clarity, complexity, and delicate character, making it especially suitable for filter brewing and clean, balanced espresso.
