Decaffeinated coffee has gained a bad reputation over the years, and rightly so. In the past and until recently, the only methods for removing caffeine from coffee beans have led to severe damage to the flavours and aromas of coffee. We are proud to present to you the revolutionary results in the production of decaffeinated coffee; a method that uses sugar cane – which is abundant in Colombia – to produce a compound that extracts about 98% of caffeine but keeps the aromas, flavours and full body within the coffee itself. Caffeine-free coffee finally gets the respect it deserves.
