#Medium Roast

Sweet Collection, as its name suggests, is a coffee blend of the sweetest cherries that nature has to offer. At the advanced Datara Farm, the beans undergo a process called pulp natural – peeling the skin and naturally drying the coffee beans, also known in other parts of the world as semi-washed or honey. In our roasting house, we chose to roast the coffee with a medium roast that compliments it the most. Sweet Collection is a rich, full-bodied coffee with flavors of raisins, honey and citrus fruits.

More about Daterra –

We are proud to be the local partners of Daterra, a trailblazing and world-renowned coffee estate in the world of specialty coffee.

Daterra (meaning “from the earth”) is globally celebrated for the bold vision of its founders: to produce outstanding coffee in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way. Located east of São Paulo, Daterra spans 6,500 acres—of which only 2,800 are used for coffee cultivation. The rest—more than half the land—is a protected natural reserve, passionately preserved by the farm.

Daterra leads with cutting-edge technology, not only in harvesting, processing, and sorting, but also in continuous research and development. This innovation is powered by collaborations with three leading Brazilian institutions and universities, allowing Daterra to stay at the forefront of agronomy and coffee science—from breeding and preserving rare coffee varieties to experimenting with new processing techniques.

In their experimental plots, Daterra grows over 140 coffee varieties, including some of the most renowned in the world such as Laurina, Geisha, and Aramosa. The very best lots—“graduates” of this elite program—are hand-selected and presented in Special edition bags, proudly representing the pinnacle of Daterra’s coffee to the world. You’ll find them right here at Nahat.
