#Light Roast

This coffee comes from the El ParaĆso farm of Carlos Manuel Fuentes Munguia in Honduras.
The coffee, of the IHCAFE 90 variety, underwent a long, 300-hour anaerobic-natural process.
This extended fermentation process creates complex flavors, and this coffee is characterized by notes of anise, dark chocolate, red plum, and roses.

We recommend enjoying it as an espresso or a filter coffee.

This description perfectly represents the farm, where the freshness of the trees and the clear air merge with the sounds of the sea and the birds, creating a perfect landscape between coffee plantations and nature.

The coffee farm is located at an altitude of 1,490 meters above sea level, and spans an area of 8.5 ha. The varieties grown on this farm are Pacas, IHCAFE 90 and in addition to the Washed, Natural and Honey processes, Carlos Manuel develops together with our R&D team Vanguard Processes
