Accessibility Statement

Updated date: 12th December, 2022

We in Nahat Coffee believe that accessibility is a necessary condition for an equal and prosperous society, and therefore we are emphasizing that all the users of all our services will receive equal service. To this end, we have invested considerable resources to improve the accessibility of the services we provide, in the facilities we operate and on our website.

The Internet is currently the most readily available and convenient source for receiving information and services, so we have worked hard to make our website accessible.

An accessible website is a website that allows a person with a disability to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other surfers, using the capabilities of the system on which he operates and using assistive technologies for accessibility, the site is tested with NVDA screen reader software. The accessibility adjustments on our website were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Israeli Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 2013, and in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568 for Level AA.

Accessibility adjustments that have been made as part of the website accessibility

  • An accessibility bar is installed that allows you to increase and decrease the text, change the colors of the site to grayscale or change the contrast of the text and background (there are three options), mark the links on the site and change the font to a more readable font.
  • The site is responsive and can be browsed on various types of devices, as computers, smartphones, etc.
  • The site code has been adapted to assistive technologies such as screen reading software’s, there is alternative text for images, information insertion fields in forms have labels, and more.
  • The pages’ structure is uniform and there are corresponding titles on everything page.
  • There is a search engine on the site – so the necessary information can be easily found.
  • The text on the site is clear and readable and can be enlarged by using keyboard shortcuts for example (+ctrl), the links are obvious.
  • You can also change the color contrast on the site using the settings in the device’s operating system or with the browser settings.
  • You can browse the site with keyboard browsing and track the browsing by the built-in focus on the site.
  • Movement on screen can be stopped by pressing the stop button.

It is important for us to note that despite the efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, it is possible that some pages may not be accessible as required due to any technical error, if you find a problem you can contact our accessibility coordinator and it will be dealt with.
